Does ReVive-Environ offer free shipping?
Yes! Enjoy free Economy (standard ground) Shipping within the continental US on orders over $350. If your order is over $350, select second option on the drop down option for shipping.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 1 pm EST will typically ship out the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
When will I receive my order?
We offer Economy (standard ground), 2-Day, Orders placed after 1 pm EST will ship the next business day.
We primarily ship via UPS. Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally delay or disrupt UPS shipping services. Due to COVID-19, our shipping carriers have temporarily changed their shipping services and policies. Delivery times could be affected by canceled flights, governmental decisions, and staff reductions. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund any shipping costs due to delayed deliveries.
How are damages and missing packages handled?
Once an order has left ReVive-Environ, it is in the care of our trusted shipping carrier. ReVIve-Environ is not liable for any errors made by the service provider. Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to the service provider’s customer service department. We will supply you with the necessary information needed in the event that a claim needs to be filed with a shipping provider.
