Refund & Return Policy (Products Only)
We stand behind the quality of every product we offer. However, due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items. All product sales are final.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at
with a photo of the issue, and we will assist with a replacement or store credit.
Online Purchase Policy
All purchases made through our website are processed securely. Please double-check your order before completing the transaction.
Shipping Times: Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.
Pick-Up Option: Local clients may select in-store pickup during checkout.
Gift Cards: Virtual or physical gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Appointment Policy

We value your time and strive to give each client the attention they deserve. To maintain a smooth schedule for all, we ask that you follow our booking policies below.
🔔 Cancellations & Rescheduling:

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a $50 late cancellation fee (or forfeiture of deposit).

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
💰 Deposits:

A deposit may be required for select services or first-time clients. This deposit is applied to your service total.

Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior.
Late Arrivals
We understand things happen! If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service time may be shortened or rescheduled in order to respect the next client’s appointment.
Health & Safety Disclaimer
All clients are required to complete a consultation form before treatment. Please disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or recent procedures so we can ensure your safety and optimal results.
Minors Policy
Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and have written consent for treatments. Some services may be restricted to clients over 16 or 18 years old.
